Hey Moon 🌙 I fell in love with Molly Nilsson’s album These Things Take Time in 2009 during a tour I was on. The whole album has a calming, hypnotic effect on me, and it’s been my go-to album if I ever feel anxious and I need to wind down. Our cover of her song “Hey Moon” is track three on The Seasons EP (Out Friday 1/25 but here on Soundcloud now). The whole song is a conversation with the moon - “Hey moon, it’s just you and me tonight, everyone else is asleep.” It brings me back to being a teenager, sitting outside, smoking at night, and gazing up a moonlit sky.
