Attention! New prototypes have matured in their capsules and are ready to be tested in tracks. After highlighting the necessary DNA sequences for the PPRFNK collective and the teaching staff of the Neuropunk Academy, we proudly present a unique strain of neurofunk and neurotech rhythms — the release titled "PROTOTYPES LP vol. 2", the continuation of the large-scale experiment born within the walls of Neuropunk Academy.

This release from Paperfunk Recordings encapsulates the invaluable experience gained by students and brought to life under the mentorship of NERV3, a seasoned producer who has already made waves with his releases on PPRFNK, Neuropunk, and many other labels. Under his guidance, 14 students progressed from their first synthesis attempts to creating truly groundbreaking tracks capable of transforming the perception of drum and bass music.

What awaits you in "PROTOTYPES LP vol. 2":
Bass structures, forged within the confines of students' skulls.
Rhythmic patterns, combining the innocence of a beginner with the bold ideas of someone diving deep into the world of production.

Standpoint is a duo from Czech Republic, consisting of Jakub Holubek (Holy) and Jakub Vojtěch
Viktora (Cewo).
Cewo started playing at the turn of 2006-2007 and Holy around 2009-2010 when they first met.
They started with various "alter-egos", through Violent Divison to Undead Army and then finally to
Standpoint project.
Both have already played alongside some remarkable names like: A-Cray, A.M.C., AnatomiX,
Akov, Aphrodite, Magnetude, Qo, Rido, Symplex, Trilo and Zombie Cats.
As they were continue their DJ career they finally started with their own productions in 2013.
The music production became more and more the main spot of their duo project Standpoint.
In the beginning they made mostly darker sub-genres of Drum & Bass, but now want to focus on all
DnB sub-genres without a distinction.

PAPERFUNK RECORDINGS – is a dark drum&bass label which sound will be based on the hard and metallic techstep and neurofunk sound. There’s no place for popular sound. The label’s main goal is to flood cities and towns with the special mixtures containing nano-robots that supposed to get inside people’s brains and plunge them down in the deepest adolescent memories and show them the unrealized future. The hardness of the mix, the steel of the drums, the oil of the bass and the rust of the effects – are the main and crucial keywords of the PAPERFUNK label.
