Tom Hostile - How We Live (Blast Remix) [GIIDUP Music] PREMIERE

I’ve always felt that the original “Dustup” by Noisia and The Upbeats had a strong wild west, Mexican standoff, gunslinger kind of vibe. This remix is my homage to that feeling, adding even more musicality inspired by Ennio Morricone’s classic scores. I’ve tried to bring a fresh 2025 retouch to enhance that timeless vibe, making it a special tribute to a track that resonates deeply with drum and bass fans of my generation.

‘Disconnect’ sees BTK and Abstr4ct join forces for a heads-down Drum & Bass workout that’s equal parts dancefloor weapon and mind food. BTK’s trademark surgical beats lock in tight with Abstr4ct’s shadowy atmospherics, rolling out on a bed of heavy bass and crisp, precision breaks. BTK & Abstr4ct 'Disconnect' [Dutty Audio]

In her EP Separation, released on Paperfunk Recordings, RiANTHE transposes the very notion of separation into sound: a tight kick-drum thump ticks off the seconds of an expanding rift, a dense bass line pulses like blood retreating from shared memories, and gauzy synth layers slowly shear apart, leaving a transparent corridor of silence where you can hear a new identity crystallising from the shards of former closeness; the music does not merely illustrate detachment—it inhabits it, revealing how an act of separation widens the space to breathe, and how, in that sonic pause between “we” and “I,” it finally becomes possible to hear one’s own echo.

RiANTHE - Restless Thoughts

PAPERFUNK RECORDINGS – is a dark drum&bass label which sound will be based on the hard and metallic techstep and neurofunk sound. There’s no place for popular sound. The label’s main goal is to flood cities and towns with the special mixtures containing nano-robots that supposed to get inside people’s brains and plunge them down in the deepest adolescent memories and show them the unrealized future. The hardness of the mix, the steel of the drums, the oil of the bass and the rust of the effects – are the main and crucial keywords of the PAPERFUNK label.
