Simple

New track off of my 9 song album that will be released early this year..  A little more pop then usual. Sometimes you gotta get a little poppy.

Tonight

In 2017, when the time came to start writing and recording our next album, we decided we wanted to do things a little differently. So, instead of writing and recording in a studio, we embarked on our biggest adventure to date by traveling 10,865 miles through 24 states and 13 national parks to create these songs.

We outfitted a red sprinter van, lovingly referred to as Rudolph, and partnered with brands like Roost Tents, Discobeds, Engel Coolers, & more and set out on this multiple month project.

We gathered sound samples from nature and every place we visited to include on the album. Nearly all the percussion and ambient sounds are from boulders, hiking footsteps, fallen redwood trees and tones pulled out of canyon winds. We recorded everything in resonant 432Hz and named it Everything Is Sound.

Dan is the founding member of international touring band Paper Lights (IMEA, Akademia and Global Music Awards)and alternative songwriting project aReverie. He has managed a variety of projects, events and artists, as well as written, produced and composed music for numerous corporations, such as CBS, Coca Cola, MTV, Boeing, Chick-fil-a, Outside Magazine, Land Rover, NPR and ESPN. Dan has also played keyboards for Grammy winning Mac Powell, AMA artist of the year Sam Hunt and BBC Radio tours with singer/songwriter Callaghan. He is a voting member of The Recording Academy (Grammy Awards) and serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for TEDx in Atlanta.
