another screaming megane kid

this beta vb consists of 2 pitches:
C4 and F4
If you use moresampler with it, it doesn't sound as straining below C4 compared to when you use fresamp. 
Some glottal vowels will give you a spook if you aren't careful when using moresampler (edit: apparently this happens with others too), idk why that happens tbh. 

Also forget the old rule about g+ flags and stuff, it's not needed anymore and will make the vb sound so weird please don't do it.
