Well we've got Style(s), miles and miles; so much Style(s) that it's wasted. Okay, the Pavement pun doesn't really apply here – nothing's wasted when it comes to Styles Upon Styles (@ susrecords), one of the best around pushing NY's hardware scene + community forward. This one, the first available cut from Certain Creatures (@ certain-creatures)' forthcoming LP, is custom-fit for anything but grotty basements. "An Allegory..." is a beautiful sketch with traces of rainforest exotica, but not exactly suggesting serenity – the nature samples get worked into the rhythm, creating an atmospheric backdrop to get lost within. Certain Creatures indeed.

Vipassana is out via SUS on October 30th.

Fast rising London producer Bxentric releases his latest EP 'Sakura Fall'. Having previously released on Eskimo Recordings and Glasgow Underground, 'Sakura Fall' is the third release from his own label Nanda Records. A man with a clear love for creativity, explores the mythical realm of techno with rolling beats and surging grooves.

Title track 'Sakura Fall' is an addictive, hypnotic dark heater that is sure to tingle your senses with exquisite elements within. 'Afon' is as equally glorious, with a melodic and calming undertow and experimental percussive overlay. The Matt Karmil version of 'Sakura Fall' rounds off this package in solid fashion, magnifying the percussive elements of the original, weaving in vocal stabs and countering rhythms.

Sakura Fall has already received airplay on B.Traits' Friday night BBC Radio 1 show and support from Ame, Vaal, Nicole Moudaber, Ian Pooley, The Revenge, Auntie Flo , Maceo Plex and Kollektiv Turmstrasse. Since going in his own direction, Bxentric has gone from strength to strength!

Entanglement is a futuristic and nostalgic take on this moment in time; as well as snapshot of sorts, of where I'm at musically and emotionally, leading up to and during the making of the EP. It has become very dear to me, and contains some of my favourite solo work I've ever done - I've learned so much preparing and creating it.
