ParchiPubblici, speaking on the A1 said: “I composed Perfect Vacuum2Disco while thinking about certain evenings whose purpose is not to make you fly with music but to sell you drinks: we call it “Discoteca”. The consequence for me is to go down into the void and feel empty.”


Speaking on the influence for the B1, Raku said: “I produced the track shortly after a trip to Sicily, where I saw the Valley of the Temples. I found the name fitting for the track, which combined dancefloor-oriented elements with angelic, grandiose harmonies.”


Commenting on the B2, Phill Prince said: “For this release on System Error, I wanted to blend my signature digital sound with the raw energy of drum machines, drawing inspiration from ‘90s aesthetics while maintaining a rock-pop edge. The track embodies my vision of bouncing house. It's a fusion of structured groove and dynamic textures, reflecting both my personal style and the innovative spirit of the label.”


Commenting on the A2, Lanzieri said: “This track was produced a few years ago, and undoubtedly reflects several stages of my journey as an artist and my musical evolution. The track tells a story, showcasing growth and diverse influences that have helped shape the sound over time.”

PREMIERE: Lanzieri - Twisted Tango [System Error]

This is just a collection of very rough recordings captured one after the other, back to back. I was in our studio after a band rehearsal, I'd just watched Jeff Tweedy's live stream announcing his triple LP, 'Twilight Override' on his Starship Casual Substack and I picked up the Telecaster. The PA and desk were still set up and connected to the little video camera that I use to document band rehearsals so I hit record and just played whatever came into my head. As usual, completely off the cuff, spur of the moment. What you hear is what you get. One take wonders or "Happenings" as I like to call them. I guess you could call them sketches. Maybe one day one of these might turn into a fully fledged song but for now here they are in their newborn state, as is. The exception being 'Dream Parade' which is an oldie that I just fancied seeing if I could remember! Apologies for the rough recordings, there'e a bit of distortion / peaking which sounds a bit nasty and always happens when recording into this little camera. 

(Note to self, from now on keep the 16 track connected and ready to capture these moments instead!)

This popular classical march was written by Julius Fucik in 1897, and is often heard today in circus settings to introduce performers. This digital arrangement is for woodwinds (piccolo, flutes, oboes, clarinets, bass clarinet, and bassoons), brass (trumpets, french horns, trombones, and tubas), and percussion (snare drum, bass drum, glockenspiel, and cymbals).

All parts were recorded using EastWest/Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra.

Don'T Stop Me Now (Queen Russian Remake)

This song is the reason why I started to play the guitar. When I first heard the intro, I was 15 and I clearly felt all my bad thoughts disappeared, like the calm after the storm. Pointless to say that few weeks later I was already playing it. Funny is that 12 years later, even if myself and my tastes have changed a lot, this song still is my cure for everything. This is way my favourite track ever.

There are two lines of guitar which are played in this song, both played by myself: 
- one is the rythm part played with an Epiphone Les Paul Custom 2009
- the second is the solo part played with a Gibson Les Paul Traditional 2014 120th anniversary 
Drum and voice come from a backing track.

I used Amplitude 4 and T-racks for a light touch of mastering.
