We premiere some fresh churning techno from Spanish producer ROI as he features on Wetland’s latest VA. ‘Selri’ is a gritty piece of functional and club focussed techno, taking influence from his Spanish techno counterparts Oscar Mulero and Kike Pravda.

The latest release on Wetland explores rhythms of endless fields alongside intricate textures and clenched fisted techno grit. The VA invites the likes of Asmodeo, iBOT, Isgang, Phase Objekt, Konstantin Darko & more to a impressive compilation of contemporary techno.

We premiere music from Spanish techno boss ROI – a tireless promoter operating in the North West of Spain playing an active role in artistic projects such as Fanzine and Cudbe. The Spanish techno stahlwarth is best known by his rhythmic and eclectic DJ sets.

ROI could be defined as a cultural agent, who, beyond bringing a breath of fresh air to the dance floor, tirelessly seeks to renew the musical language with brilliant ideas that make that experience magical, unique, but above all, so much fun. as accessible and enriching.

We feature ROI’s contribution to the Wetland VA ‘Selri’ – an abrasive hypnotic techno cut that soars in intensity as the track advances. ROI leans on pounding drums alongside a pulsating lead synth that menacingly cuts through the mix, giving an anaesthetic locked feel to the track. The track could easily fit into a horror film, providing eerie soundscapes and synth line that growls like a chainsaw ready to let rip.

Artist’s Note: 
I am pleased to present you a new chapter on my Paralelo label.
I started this project at the beginning of the lockdown in 2020, and it brought me a lot of satisfaction and the opportunity to show more of my music.

In this 2023 I am presenting a return with some modifications in order to give it a more complementary concept to that of MindTrip.
The label will be focused solely on single EPs, and their covers and aesthetics are a more artistic version done on top of my own astrophotography, which you may already be used to seeing on MindTrip.

The first release is Behaviour. It´s also the first original track finished in my new studio. I hope you enjoy it 🙂 – Pfirter

Inner Symphony is proud to welcome Steyoyoke regular Rauschhaus with ‘Ray of Hope’. The 4 track EP features an intricately melodic original and 3 artful re-imaginations by Soul Button, Clawz SG and Yost.

The title track ‘Ray of Hope’ is a masterful display of the melodic prowess of the artist. Powerful sawtooth pads, blippy percussive synths and piano elements chase each other in an explosion of sonic joy and aural satisfaction. ‘Ray of Hope’ is just that – a ray of purest melodic divinity to brighten even the very darkest of hours.

Soul Button deepens the vibe in his rendition. Structured around the triplet keys of the original, the track receives a powerful push towards the club with a driving layer of percussion and powerful bass hits. Where the original is playful, Soul Buttons rendition hits home with an impeccable groove interspersed with flecks of the originals bold beauty.

Clawz SG packs the hardest punch in this quartet. Intricate pads set the scene while white noise flutters and organic percussion thrust the track forward. Subtle horns beautifully colour the beat, while a powerful sawtooth bass with just the right amount of pitch bend drives it home.

Yost’s rendition takes a definite breather. A soft tomtom groove layered with organic crackles and vocals sets the scene. Bells, blissfully soothing Rhodes and string sweeps lazily call and respond creating a smooth roller laced with ethnic beauty.
