'Ambitions' creates tension from the top. Hard to pin-point it features ingredients from the whole spectrum: It has an atmospheric edge, but also includes cool ragga snippets, cowbells and energy raising effects. The tune bubbles along nicely until halfway in. Here Dominic once again proves his skills to find extraordinary samples that lift a tune to other spheres. Then all hell breaks lose and the tune bursts into an unexpected full-on reecebass vs. amen tearout for the second half of the tune.
