The Amsterdam based neoprogwavegaze formation Kielzog (meaning ‘wake’ in Dutch) has sailed off on a quest for serenity and silence in the eye of the storm.

Ever since the before-times, Kielzog has been forging an atypical, hard-to-place sound, which steers course amid the receding waves of grunge, progrock, stoner, and electronica, arriving everywhere and nowhere in particular and giving place to something else.

Kielzog amplifies echoes of the impending climate doom and genocidal colonial violence merged with demands for freedom and justice for all, not for some. As long as the noise continues, resistance won’t die out.
