Hailing from the dynamic music scene of Moscow, Anna, known as Ángel-A, began her artistic career in 2020. In 2022, after falling in love with the Mexican Caribbean, she moved to Tulum, where she started performing on the local scene, taking her listeners on a musical journey through Downtempo, Deep House, House, and Tech House genres.

Ángel-A has a signature sound characterized by elegant, grooving bass lines, designed to evoke a spectrum of moods and atmospheres. Her DJ sets are masterfully curated and creating a unique energy that establishes a close connection with the crowd.

Performing in the local scene of Tulum, Ángel-A has shared the stage alongside with international artists at significant venues such as Papaya Playa Project, Nômade & Be Tulum, Gitano, La Pizzine, Vagalume, Casa Jaguar, and more.

At this moment, Anna continues to grow and inspire, remaining devoted to her art, and she invites her listeners on a journey through the magic of sound.

Hello again and welcome back to Hidden Garden Radio! 🌿

For episode #114 we have the pleasure of hosting a staple in Ottawa's underground music scene.

DASA is a local Ottawa DJ/producer who got started with music playing bass in progressive metal bands while growing up in the 90s. His influences draw from a wide range of sounds that filled his home growing up - including disco, rock & roll and heavy metal. 

DASA is a multi-genre artist that aims to seamlessly blend light/dark through warm, playful, and always sexy soundscapes with the goal of bringing people together, making them move and making them feel.

He is the co-founder of the House of Kink and SpaceCamp - two of Ottawa’s premier community dance events/raves, both of which aim to capture the essence of some of their favorite festivals, creating welcoming experiences where people feel free and safe to dance, express themselves and make genuine connections. 

He has graced the stage at several nightclubs across Canada and festivals including Summerdaze, Black Rabbit, Front Republic, and AIM.  🔉
