From a need and an idea, the Berlin collective FEMQUENCY is born in the summer of 2021, whose heartfelt mission is to empower people in the electronic music scene, to support each other and to mitigate or even eradicate self-doubt. How? By setting up safe spaces in the form of DJ workshops - by and for Flinta* people. The acronym stands for women, lesbians, intersexuals, non-binary, transsexuals and asexuals. If you've always wanted to stand behind the decks and learn your first DJing skills, but never really knew where to start, FEMQUENCY is the place for you. It's not about perfection. It's about getting rid of all your questions about DJing in a loving atmosphere, affirming each other and strengthening your self-esteem.

The next FEMQUENCY FLINTA* only Workshop takes places on the 12.08.2023 at the 3000Grad Festival.
