I met Oren whilst playing on Skylab Radio as he has been helping out behind the scenes there. Beyond that he's been playing at various spots throughout the city, showing off a beautiful diversity of taste and impeccable dh'ing style.

This mix is a lovely blend of local sounds & abroad. A lighthearted, warm blend of house, techy notes, rolling percussion & more.

Love On The Rocks invites special guest E-Talking presenting a Kraftwerk sample special.

"A few years ago, I started gathering records in my collection which sampled Kraftwerk's “Home Computer”, released in 1981 on the album Computer Love. I’m not taking too much risk by saying that this track (and album) shaped the sound of House, Techno and Hip-Hop in its early days. All the tracks selected in this mix came out between 1988 and 1991 and showcase various uses of the track as well as my obsession with it."

@tosh_tosh delivers just what we need in a new Smoke mix. With his radioshow ‘’Sonic Fiction’’ at local Amsterdam radiostation TNP ( @radiotemponaopara) he focus on non-clubby and dubby sounds and after his b2b with @essets at our Smoke room in Multipla during our birthday weekender we only wanted more. 

The mix is a collection of ambient, spoken word and guitar music with some cowboy vibes sprinkled on top. Check it out!

Hip hop instrumental ftw. Found this in my vault of early productions when I was just starting out. , thought I’d stick it up here unedited for y’all to jam to.

This was written in my last few months living in East dulwich in London,  before I moved to Singapore in early 2010. I was going for a kind of dance Ibiza balearic style beat with a sort of lazy sunny feel.  it was another song that was nearly there but never quite finished.

So now 15 years later in 2025 I’ve finally got back to it. I’ve re-worked it re-thought it. it always had some guitars on it. Now found new guitar sounds a few counterpoint melodies that seemed to work quite well here.

Is it last days still?  well if it is last days it’s not of living in a place. it’s perhaps of the industry in which I work which seems to be crumbling down. Advertising for so long has been ripping off clients and not providing a genuinely good service and now it’s come home to roost as AI has dispelled and destroyed the ‘magic’ that charged at a premium.  I feel almost any week that goes by my job could disappear. Not because I don’t do a good job but because of the industry around me - in which I am complicit, has focused on fueling its own egos rather than actually helping clients and brands grow.

So Last days, indeed.  
Of the modern Roman Empire perhaps.
