The word Cleavage got a whole different meaning this year, when an Amsterdam producer-duo decided to name themselves exactly that. Their goal is to create music that everybody could go wild to, and so far they’ve pretty much nailed it. Incorporating dominating bass lines and sensual vocal hooks creates their very catchy and soulful house that has been heating up many an Amsterdam club for the last couple of months.

Cinnaman has been an integral part of the Amsterdam nightlife for a few years now. Being part of the infamous Rush Hour Record Store crew, he is also one of the most talented and diverse DJs to emerge from Holland. You can't really define Cinnaman's style. It's somewhere between the spectrum of House, Garage, UK Funky, Detroit Techno. If it sounds good and if it is bit out of the ordinary, there’s a good chance that Cinnaman has a taste for it.

For our next podcast we have invited Nakadia, a techno dj and producer based in Berlin. Nakadia was born in Thailand and since 5 years working and living in Berlin.

Since the beginning of her career as a DJ, she has done over 1000 gigs  in 58 countries.   So far Nakadia has released   on labels like JETT, Clarisse and KD Music.

This summer she will do a tour , one gig per month throughout Europe. A special highlight is waiting for her this Saturday: Her first performance for ANTS (Ushuaia Ibiza) - one of the best festivals in the world. Then straight to Stockholm and Helsinki. There remains little time for other things, but this year there will be a minimum of 5 EPs to be released.

Hot Creations deliver ‘Words Gone’, the first single from the forthcoming artist album ‘Love Somebody’ by Parisian luminary Popof.

Featuring the handsome voice of Arno Joey, ‘Words Gone’ is a stunning slice of electronic music with crossover appeal, giving us a taster of what is in store for the album. Cadenza boss Luciano’s remix dives into tribal percussion, while main man Jamie Jones flips into a new gear, introducing a new melody, deep pads and emotive keys. Canadian techno legend Marc Houle is last to remix, using a bright synth melody to add a new groove.

Voted Best Newcomer artist at the Ibiza DJ Awards in 2009, Popof has gained notoriety for his work with Cocoon, and remixing the likes of Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, and Moby. One of the most downloaded artists in techno music, he was appointed the official mentor of the Paris Techno Parade 2013's fifteen year anniversary, a great honour he shared in front of 300.000 participants.

One of the biggest names in dance music, Luciano has released on labels such as Perlon, Transmat and Lo-Fi Stereo. Aside running Hot Creations, Hot Trax and Paradise, Jamie Jones is this year launching his new imprint Emerald City alongside Lee Foss. Another huge name in the business, live artist Marc Houle can be found on imprints such as Richie Hawtin’s Minus and his own Items & Things.

If you like electronic music and you've never heard of Mike Oldfield or Tubular Bells then shame on you!! It was Virgin Records' first ever release in 1973, and you will probably know it from providing the theme music to The Exorcist.

I've reworked the track into a dance-floor friendly version using Ableton Live 8, Reason, Sylenth, Omnisphere, Albino and Soundforge.  I also made a little video detailing how I put the track together here:
