Uncle Mario (as all of us at the ParBar have known him as) has been around us for 15 or more years... So it's strange to realize this whole time you have been walking next to one of the baddest men on the planet when it comes to martial arts.  Uncle Mario is a Filipino Martial Arts instructor here in San Diego and is currently teaching at Rawmana Fitness.  Uncle Mario was inducted into the Masters Martial Arts Hall of Fame and is a recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award......Listen in on the episode as we talk with Uncle Mario and begin to realize who Uncle Mario is behind the humbleness.
