La Familia is proudly launching our music channel with a very special artist, Pierre De Beirut. From discovering electronic music in the rubble of Lebanon's civil war, to diving head first into Brooklyn's underground house music scene, Pierre shaped his sound through his experiences and manifested them into a musical journey of deep hypnotic beats, tribal rhythmic progressions, and soulful otherworldly vocals. His combination of futuristic organic elements, growling bass-lines, and Balearic grooves are rooted in nostalgic callbacks to the early defining days of electronic music. Today he takes us in a beautiful journey that is sure to enlighten our horizons.
