Originally formed in Southern California in the year 2003  as a Post Hardcore band. Vocalist of The Predest Ray Aldaz reformed the group again in early 2015.

Blokes on the bench is the #1 weekly soccer radio show, on 94.7fm WPVC Charlottesville for two years in a row!
