Lose Yourself

My submission to the Newgrounds Mall Music Collab. I was trying to make something similar to Neighbourhood 2 from The Sims soundtrack but I think I should've studied it more before starting to write something. I'm pretty happy with the chords, but the melodies are a little cheesy and I probably should've changed the lead instrument at some points and added some changes in the repeated sections.

this was what started my journey into the world of BeepBox, the browser music program that this song was made in. (*made in UltraBox, a mod of BeepBox)

i am natively an FL studio user, but upon looking into this fun lil toy, i found it very charming and intuitive in new ways (and impressively capable), like i would've never been able to make something with quite this vibe in FL. still quite astonished that I made this lol. this song marked a new beginning for me, hence the title.
