Dancing between euphoria and melancholy as never before... Never felt such a special energy! Danke Bucht! As I started playing, the first sunrays started hitting my face like and the warmth of it combined with the crowd, a magic interaction. I played some new tracks, like a bootleg Remix of Ry X I did a while ago which is exclusive in this set. I love sending you guys to bed with these sounds and vibes! "Opening the new Mayan Warrior art car felt like a surreal dream – but it was real. My body was playing the notes, my friend Morlin beside me. I felt the vibration of the vehicle and heard the mighty sound from the stacks. I gazed out over the vast desert, and when I looked back, I was awestruck by the massive light sculptures. Around me, I felt countless souls – dancing, listening, feeling, creating, connecting. Even weeks later, the echoes of this moment are still with me.

Thank you, Mayan Warrior, for inviting Morlin and me into your family and taking us on this unforgettable journey.

Orbit (live) - Mayan Warrior - Burning Man 2024

An album made by Victor and me, coming from a shared interest in 90s breakbeats. It has four tracks that shift from calm atmospheres to steady rhythms. The opera mix is quiet and spacious, built from tones rather than beats. The space mix adds drive, with breaks, basslines and touches of acid. The club mix keeps things grounded and direct. Victor’s Hypnotoad mix ties it together in a way that works both at home and in a club.

"It began with a crazy sandstorm around the Mayan Warrior Bus so there were not that many bike-riders following us when I started. But with every second of this wild desert sunset, more and more people joined our stage. In the end I couldn't even see the end of the crowd. I am so thankful to everybody who faced the sandstorm and danced with us in the dust. You guys and mother nature created a very special vibe, which I will never forget.
Actually I played 4 tracks which I never had played before. Two of them are not even released yet. I really hope you like this set. See you next year at the playa In dust we trust"

The latest in a long line of breath-taking emotion-laden hitters (think 'Hi', 'Mantra' and 'Gira' in the last year alone) the unstoppable Monkey Safari roll out an eight minute moment of calm in an otherwise chaotic, uncertain world.
