It took me a whole month to come down from the emotional high that was Fusion ! And I can finally share with you the set I had the immense honor and pleasure of playing during the very first sunrise, on Thursday morning.

Your smiles were so beautiful, lit by the first rays of sunlight piercing through the smoke.

It was a moment of pure bliss.

So many people came up to me after the set, telling me that they felt that was exactly the right music at the perfect moment. I can’t even describe how grateful and happy that made me, that the music I shared resonated with you.

Just, thank YOU 🧡 

Fusion is a magical place, which brings thousands of people together around a shared love for music, freedom, and beauty, wrapped in the most dreamlike scenography.

If someone had told me, when I first came to Fusion in 2023, that I’d be invited to play just two years later… I wouldn’t have believed it. A dream come true.

So here it is: the set. As with every one of my sets, I wanted to tell a story — to take the crowd on a emotional journey. This one was meant to guide you from the darker hours of the night toward a radiant, enchanted sunrise. And of course, I wanted us to have some fun ! Hope you enjoy !

Fusion Festival 2025 – Larz Germany 🌍✨
This live set was recorded at Salon De Baile stage, a truly magical place inside one of Europe’s most transformative festivals.

The show is a sonic journey where I used my sampler, synthesizer, drum machine, and Caribbean rhythms recorded in Venezuela to bring my latest album Electro Tambores to life, along with new, unreleased music coming soon.

Performing at Fusion has been, without a doubt, one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Years of work led me here, and seeing how my music resonated with the crowd in Germany was an achievement that fills me with pride.

I shared the stage with amazing artists and groups like Pambelé (Colombia), Rodrigo Gallardo (Chile), and Meridian Brothers (Colombia), alongside other folk and electronic projects from around the world.

This set is a piece of that experience: energy, community, and freedom at its finest.

We truly felt the OG-ness of this festival through its organisation and curation, and stepping onto the Sonnendeck stage was a career high moment for us. Madota is the musical lovechild of urban shepherds Behnam & Mehran. Iranian by birth, Canadian by upbringing, these two have come a long way from their own journeys before reuniting in Berlin.

Realistically they didn't start playing the ukulele at the tender age of 3 nor did they buy their first drum machine in kindergarten. What we know is that their deeply rooted love for electronic music led them to storm Vancouver's nightlife as DJs since 2011. This in turn prepared them to start their experimentation with making music that pulls influences from their hyphenated backgrounds. Today they embody a sound capturing their lust for soulful elements coupled with their itch for darker grooves.

Their music has already taken them to perform in renowned parties such as Garbicz Festival in Poland, Acidcase x Mayan Warrior in Berlin, Stereobar in Montreal, Katerblau in Berlin, OFF Sonar in Barcelona, ZERO in NYC and Woomoon in Ibiza.

Rubi is a Berlin-based Techno DJ known for delivering high-energy sets that merge Peak Techno and Raw Deep Techno. His signature sound blends driving rhythms with atmospheric vocals, creating sensual and unique moments on the dance floor. As a resident of Revolver and HOST Berlin, he has become a driving force in the city’s underground nightlife.

His performances include major international events such as Darklands (2024/2025), PiG Party Berlin (since 2023), Limax, and Folsom Berlin. In 2025, Rubi was performing at Fusion Festival  and he will make a tour in America in July 2026, expanding his presence across the global scene.

Belloso is a Venezuelan electronic music producer and multi-instrumentalist blending Afro-Caribbean rhythms with contemporary electronic styles. Based in Mexico City, he explores ancestral percussion, chants, and field recordings to create deep, percussive live sets.

Convinced of the value of Caribbean and Venezuelan cultural identity, Belloso is dedicated to the preservation and celebration of traditional music. His solo work is built around field recordings made by him, traveling through towns and villages to capture traditional rhythms in their place of origin, highlighting their richness and diversity.

His latest project, Electro Tambores, fuses these traditions with Amapiano, house, and techno. The album includes collaborations with native Venezuelan groups such as Los Sanjuaneros de Cata, Las Estrellas de Birongo, and Tambores de San Millán.

Belloso has performed at Fusion Festival (Berlin), Nomade (Tulum), Nublu (New York), and 1800 Lucky (Miami). Formerly co-founder of Latin Grammy-nominated rock band Los Mesoneros, he now channels his energy into a solo journey that bridges the ancestral with the electronic.

He’s running the Cirkus Paralello and House of Ursa event collectives.
