Presenting Get It Back, the new debut single by Primal Baby THE NEW FOUND ACT by Mila V and PARRISH SMITH took shape unknowingly yet connected each on the other side of the universe. Primal Baby may already existed in the meta-physical but Fate and Determination brought the two powerhouses together by finding solace in their understanding of the world around them - Here PRIMAL BAY became physical. Their eternal journey filled with the love of the painful joy of contemplating rocked them through the heavy mists of Post-Punk, Goth Rock and Industrial Metal in the vein of Skinny Puppy, Trent Reznor and Chelsea Wolfe. This heaviness doesn’t proved them the aesthetics but it served them a meditational practice of the art of darkness. A spark of hope is their last leap of fate between the blackness, while they climb up on their mountain of hope, there is that spark. Primal Baby is hopefully yet brutally honest in their flaws combined by Mila V’s strengthened esoteric vocals and Parrish’s unique way of blending the music your parents thought it gave you a depression. It is soft yet hard but always in the motion of fine sexuality of the feminine. 

Get It Back  - a full force industrial rocker with a hint of soul power that extends and answers their musicality. Mila V leads the way with intimate yet powerful story of the longing of getting something back you have lost on the way…. It could be yourself, an entity, an object or something you think you lost - something that just slips away every time you get back close to it. It almost feels like fetching a breathe of mist, when you catch it and close your hand to a fist - the smoke escapes and nothing is left, you still feel a little bit of the cold but the touch of your hand is the only thing that moment that feels warm. Is this that longing? What do you want to get back? Do you need to get it back? Healing yourself is a process but in order to heal yourself it’s important to look at your own flaws first before you point at the flaws that have been hurting you. Mila V guides you through this process on top of the production of PARRISH SMITH.
 Get it Back is a hybrid composition of experimental analog sounds and digital to analog process sounds feel futuristic yet nostalgic. The banging drums pave the way for an uncompromisable DJ to drop it in the club but the coherency of the sound and composition is pleasant to listen - we can imagine all ages would dance this from young baby rockers, just out of the womb to old grey heads shaking their last bits to the grunge of the machines. Get It Back is a strong industrial beater not stuck in the past but always flowing through the contemporary thoughts and arts of this generation.
