Dopamine White welcomes PASINDU & Noise Generation to the label with Synthetic, a compelling three-track EP featuring a remix by Sinan Arsan. Emerging from the Sri Lankan and Indian progressive scenes respectively, PASINDU and Noise Generation have been making waves through labels such as AH Digital, Eat My Hat, Freegrant Music, Mango Alley, SLC-6 Music, and Univack. Known for their emotionally resonant and rhythmically rich productions, the duo now brings their sound to Dopamine White with Synthetic—an EP that explores the shadowy edges of progressive house, infused with groove, subtle melody, and introspective textures. The title track Synthetic opens the release with a dark and hypnotic flow. Driven by a brooding low-end and crisp, intricate percussion, the piece builds slowly, unveiling distant melodic phrases and atmospheric flourishes. The mood is intense yet restrained, with moments of brightness piercing through its dusky character—perfect for deeper dancefloor moments or solitary listening. On remix duties, Turkish artist Sinan Arsan delivers a beautifully restrained version of Synthetic, pushing it further into deep, meditative territory. Known for his organic grooves and emotional soundscapes, Sinan adds his signature touch through soft pads, nuanced textures, and a flowing structure that feels both expansive and grounded. Rounding out the EP is Eclipse of Silence, a more groove-oriented take from PASINDU & Noise Generation. After a successful remix of Erdi Irmak in late 2017, Demitros returns to Particles with "Duality", a twin-track project that examines "the relationship between the science of matter and spirit", including remixes from Lithuania and Argentina.

Exploring the themes central to the field of quantum mechanics, the "Quantum Tunneling" opener finds its core idea concerned with the ability of particles to travel through physical objects. The apparent paradox is expressed in audio form as white-noise effects and layered percussive cadence, combine with a raft of melodic tropes that provide an aural representation of scattered atoms through twinkling keys and rasping bass note that bores through mid-range in rhythmic patterns. Partner track "Through the Walls" continues the themes of its predecessor, extending the idea by exploring the notion of a "human using his spirit to program" the atoms inside his body to travel through physical barriers. A hypnotic note rises and falls in filtered and pitched glory in the opening movements as shimmering keys and a meandering crystalline lead find their path in the latter half. Encased in a strong rhythmic shell and stripped back percussion, Demitros' skill is to create a vivid and spacious image inside the listener's head.

Lithuanian pair, Kastis Torrau and Donatello need no introduction to the underground faithful. Securing legendary status with a string of hits that have graced the finest imprints, victory remixing Sasha's "Cut Me Down" was the catalyst for success and a raft of releases on Stripped Recordings, Last Night On Earth and Proton Music. The latter thus saw the release of the "Genesis" EP in April 2016 to critical acclaim with both tracks then finding themselves on Particles courtesy of a quartet of remixes. Now returning the label, the Kastis Torrau and Donatello remix is full of the trademark themes that demonstrate the duo's star quality. Intelligently paying attention to the themes inherent in "Quantum Tunneling", an epic bass pattern creates a strong anchor while a beautifully crafted new motif that emerges ebullient in the third movement, supplies dance-floor sensibility. Immaculate in conception, an intricate percussive section keeps the energy and dynamism high.

Nicolas Rada's production work has continued to impress with each successive release. With over a combined century of credits for Balkan Connection and its South America variant, the Argentinean has dazzled with a steady stream of original material. Also featuring on the likes of Superordinate Music, Soundteller and Sound Avenue, work for Particles saw the August 2017, "Sheremetyevo" EP, while a remix of Andre Sobota for Proton Music in December shone brightly through the winter gloom. Now returning to Particles, the Nicolas Rada remix takes "Through the Walls" on a typically imaginative voyage as trademark rhythmic flair, influenced by his South American roots, hits its intricate mark anchored to a subterranean bass. Building elegantly, a swathe of melodies evolves through the aural collage, always paying close attention to Demitros' original despite a raft of additional production material. Ethereal pads ripple across the stereo spectrum in spacious glory as Rada work his sonic magic.

As "Duality" revels in sonic symmetry with remixes from Kastis Torrau and Donatello and Nicolas Rada, Demitros' work resonates with atomic precision.

Replug Records continues its 2018 journey by welcoming Navar to the label for his debut EP. Through releasing material on Guy J's Lost and Found Records and Canadian behemoth microCastle, the Dutch artist emerged in 2014, firmly establishing himself in the world of deep melodic house. More recently Navar lent his talents to the long standing Belgian Events brand EDGE, launching their new imprint alongside a remix from Guy J as 2017 came to a close. The Dutch artist now steps into the new year with his long awaited debut for Cid Inc's Replug Records.

Beginning with the EP's title track 'You Find' it becomes evidently clear what a unique talent Navar has become. The near twelve minute opus effortlessly melds elements of minimal, deep house, progressive and electronica, for a free flowing journey that has become a synonymous and inimitable style of the Dutch artist. Deep and fluid throughout, it's delicate motifs and organic designs are mysterious yet emotive, backed by a warm, pulsating groove, underpinning the track and translating it's spiritual message to the dance floor. 

The lone interpretation of 'You Find' is provided by Replug label artist Dmitry Molosh who returns for his third appearance. The Belarus producer's debut on the Finnish imprint proved impactful, making its way into the sets of Hernan Cattaneo and Guy Mantzur, eventually leading to Beatport chart success and releases on Plattenbank Records and Sudbeat Music. As 2018 begins, Dmitry sits as one of the most exciting and in demand artists in progressive house, having toured the world, showcasing his fresh take on the genre while his productions remain on the cutting edge. Now presenting his first remix of the new year Dmitry brings 'You Find' a step closer to the dance floor. Encased in a soft hypnotic shell, it's reshaped groove and rhythmic pulses are transcendent, building momentum as the melodic storyboard takes shape. Atmospheric overlays and fuzzy stabs add further warmth, before the second of two breaks ventures into hazy harmonics and hopeful vocal phrases, creating a wispy musical collage to close out the eleven minute journey.

The second odyssey 'Moonstruck' follows the smooth, organic qualities of its predecessor. Possessing more of a dramatic undertone, raspy stabs and crisp percussion drive the framework, as freeform harmonics create a charismatic canopy. Transferring energy into the second act, spiralling motifs slowly decay into a wall of white noise as the groove drops with thunderous affirmation.

In a world of homogenous sounding artists, Navar's Replug debut sees him raise the bar once again, setting in motion what promises to be a monumental year for the Dutch producer.
