Artist

Marc de Koning started as a DJ when he was 15 years old. His music style varies from deep and energetic house to underground progressive tech house. With his deep love & appreciation for house music, he began to produce his own music. In 2014 his music career took a turn for the better when Dimitri Kneppers, the pioneer of house music in the Netherlands began to incorporate Marc’s music into his sets.

2014 brought another boost for Marc’s DJ career with Luke Santos, a well-loved & talented DJ from Argentina who now lives in Amsterdam. They had a click and have been producing music together ever since. Their track ‘Numinous’, ranked in Hernan Cattaneo’s Top 20 Chart, and is being played at various festivals & parties, by Hernan Cattaneo, Dimitri, & Olivier Weiter to name a few.

Marc de Koning is also resident DJ at RLGC (Recycle Lounge Gallery Club) in Amsterdam. An he have his own Podcast Heartbeat.

Marc de Koning produced also the lovely track ‘Signature’ at the Label Manual Music, a warm and smooth progressive house mix that’s been said by Progressive Astronaut to have “a touch of James Holden and Luke Chable” in its melodies.

Hypnotised, currently located at the coast in Belgium (De Panne) after having lived a few years in South Africa, took his first DJ steps in the biggest party area in Ghent (Belgium), at first playing a mixture of styles on several weekly residencies. After attending his first underground techno party and experiencing the exciting start of legendary parties like "I love techno" and "10 days of techno" a new magical music world opened up for him discovering and exploring different scenes and styles. These days he will “hypnotise” you with deep prog and (melodic) tech sounds.

Host of the popular radio show "After Hours" together with his partner in crime PatriZe on four radio stations worldwide: TM Radio (USA), Cosmos Radio (Germany), Scientific Sound Asia (Vietnam) and Subcode Radio (UK). Next to this weekly show they also host a monthly show "AH Digital Essentials" on Proton Radio (USA). Hypnotised also hosts his monthly show “Control Room” on TM Radio (USA) and is a resident DJ for "Cavalli Booking 

In 2015 a new chapter arrived for Hypnotised managing his label “AH Digital” as well as the start of his producing career. His first EP “People from the Otherworld” immediately topped the charts at No. 4 and the title track later was remixed by No. 1 selling artist Rui Da Silva. Later his EP "Infinity" smashed the Beatport release charts being No. 2 in both the progressive house and trance charts and No. 3 in the techno charts. No big surprise his work was being picked up and supported on Belgium’s best dance radio station Topradio.

In 2016 he also started producing under his alter ego “Man on the Moon” where he launched himself off to a fantastic start with his debut "Sense" being signed on the renowned Bonzai Progressive label, winning one of Metapop’s remix contests and getting support and airplay on Belgium's biggest alternative radio station "Studio Brussel".

Electronic music lover since 2004.

He was born in a small town of Bursa in 1987.
In 2007 he went to Sofia to study.
Until 2011, the lessons he listened to during the day were entering in one ear and coming out of the other, but at night when listening to the leading names of electronic music, music did not come in from one ear and exit from the other.

Although he had no training in music, he discovered that he did not hear music the way everyone hears it and did not see it the way everyone saw it. He believed that putting pieces together was a good listener and proved that it was more than just believing.

Believing that music has a philosophy above all.
ongunko continues to express himself by bringing together his own favorite melodies from different cultures with Enharmonica series.
One of his biggest dreams about the music is to prepare his set consisting entirely of his own tracks one day, his track trials continue and you will hear it when it is ready.

I hope you have a beautiful and lovely musical moment through of this new session. I am very lucky to be able to live in the countryside, so I know how lucky we are to be able to live on this planet. The only one that we know and that we should respect.

BIO
I first began mixing in 1992 mainly at after club parties in Pembrokeshire, only having a few records at the time, but this soon grew into an obsession spending most of his spare time and money in records shops. He eventually bought a set of second hand SoundLab belt drive decks and an old Gemini mixer from a mate and so it began! After eventually saving up enough money and purchasing his Technics SL1200s, he was well and truly hooked and began building a nice little record collection along the way.
My major influences when I first started were my favourite DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, Carl Cox, Anthony Pappa, Underworld and Leftfield. More recently as I am delving into the production side of things, I take more inspiration from my favourite artists like Ruben Karapetyan, Lee Softley, Enertia-Sound, Ewan Rill, Dimitry Molosh and Brent Lawson
DJing has always been my passion. Since competing in several DJ competitions during lock down, I have taken on several key roles. I am now a Director and Resident DJ at AATM Radio hosting shows with guest DJs from all over the world. I host a monthly DJ residency on Saturo Sounds called Synergy, a residency with Transmission Lost which focuses on events and radio too. I have also got another residency with DJs Inbox which is my forum for me to also do charts, reviews, features, and my latest initiative “Embark” program for upcoming DJs whereby we promote them and get them sets on various radio stations to boost their careers. Each track stands as a testament to the visionary sound of the label, be they in spacey progressive excursions, stripped-back techno reworks, or deep ambient reinterpretations.
