Created out of a desire to push its own special brand of hypnotic, deep and entrancing sound, with visions of electric open air stages and relentless rolling energy.

This label will act as a platform for both Redge, its founder, and other Techno producers that share his vision.

I enjoy playing different styles of techno, but the key element in all of them is the deep and hypnotic grooves. 🩶

Paul Ritch’s productions and performances, characterised by his powerful and harmonic techno with a touch of pure emotive soul, represent his true signature sound – the one that has projected him to global recognition.

In 2007, Paul Ritch took the techno scene by storm both on stage and as a producer. Ever since, Paul has been defined by his passionate musical rhetoric, projected in releases for labels like Drumcode, SCI+TEC, Saved, Cocoon Recordings, Soma Records and Bpitch Control, among many others, and remixes to classic tracks such as Ondu, Positive Education,Tropical Melons, Remainings III, Magic K, The Test and I’m Burning Inside. References that have led him to be included among Resident Advisor’s all-time Top 100 charted artists.

In 2008, Paul brought to life his own imprint, Quartz Rec, conceived as a platform of artistic expression for showcasing cutting-edge techno sounds and a broad vision of electronic music. With its first release, “Split EP Part 1” (Paul Ritch, 2008), the label held a top 2 position on Beatport ́s Techno chart. And following hot on the heels of its fifth birthday, Quartz Rec has already published original tracks and remixes from Okain, Paco Osuna, Nic Fanciulli, Thomas Muller, Barem, Carlo Lio, Dubfire, 2000 and One, Onno, Cuartero and Anton Pieete.

Ritch’s musical delirium and his creativity on stage are two of his unique trademarks and these have been witnessed in his live performances on four continents including clubs such as Amnesia, Space and Pacha in Ibiza, Fabric and Egg Club in London, Womb and Circus in Tokyo, Berghain and Watergate in Berlin, Goa in Rome and Madrid, Rex Club in Paris, among many others.

He has also performed at festivals including Time Warp (Holland and Germany), Monegros (Spain), Awakenings, Voltt Open Air and ADE (Holland), SW4 (UK), Neo Pop Festival (Portugal), Hyte Park Festival (NYC), Amore Festival (Italy), BPM (Mexico) and WMC (Miami).
2014 was a year in which Paul continued to excel and reinvent himself with his very own musical mindset, and without a doubt, 2015 will be transcendental for Ritch as he looks to keep growing and achieve even greater goals.

If you've been to O.Z.O.R.A. Festival, you've probably heard Katamii playing. Her sets are elemental parts of the Pumpui stage, meanwhile she's one of the musical leaders and managers of the stage.

Everything started in 2011 at O.Z.O.R.A. She played there in front of a major audience for the first time. Since then she's been the warm up for Oliver Lieb, Moteka, Unbalance, Rene Wise, Arkan, Norman Nodge, Ignez, Olivia Mendez, Efdemin and she has shared decks with Deniro, Dj Kancheli, LYRIC, Mathys Lenne, Yogg, Truncate, Ø [Phase], Janina, Blue Hour, Thomas Hessler, Shlomi Aber, Luigi Tozzi, Claudio PRC and many more.

Abroad you could catch her in Greece at the Seli Mountain Gathering, in Turkey at the Psy-Boutique Festival, several times at the English Noisily Festival and most recently at the Mumush Festival in Transylvania.

Next to above she has been playing in Hungary on Samsara, Bakony, Epocha, S.U.N. and Bankito Festivals. She performs every year at the Kolorado Festival since 2017.

In 2019 she become the resident DJ in Budapest one of most famous leading techno club the AETHER "TAEC" party series.

She has a really impulsive style and you can always find that sneaky deep pulse in her music that is present through her sets… She's a real wolf in sheep's clothing.

From the moment Mitya Veshchunov first began pouring over his brother’s jungle record collection, the man who’d soon become Receptor was hooked on the genre. First it was Aphrodite, then it was Pendulum’s ‘Another Planet’ which would later shape his path into the genre; soon followed by his discovery of the more tech-influenced tracks of Noisia and Konflict. He immersed himself within this subsection, leading him then onto the expansive catalogue of Lifted Music, one of the most notable contemporary labels which flourished during this period. Lifted Music presented itself as a different flavour with no boundaries and it became a mecca for Receptor’s own musical tastes as they were evolving – later reflected through his own work. 

At the age of ten, Receptor was gifted a Yamaha PSR-740 synthesiser by his father, due to his son’s growing interest in music. Despite never being educated musically, he learned musical notation through a friend and over the course of six months his skills exploded, with him laying his hands on a plethora of DAWs through the internet. From EJay to FL Studio, his production knowledge increased at an astounding rate – something which would soon be more widely recognised after his move to Moscow, a central hub for drum & bass both in Russia and on the global stage. 

Receptor has always endeavoured to inject his music with the Slavik roots that have been a primary inspiration for him. Emulating the sonics featured on ‘Pirate Station’ stages and across the ‘Therapy Sessions’ compilations, his amalgamation of styles enabled him to build an extensive audience. From ‘Rhyno’ on Lifted Music’s sister-label Breed 12 Inches, through to ‘Kurchatov’ in 2009 on Obsessions (the first label from Black Sun Empire) and his ‘Girls’ EP on John B’s Beta Recordings, Receptor’s discography was proving to be as formidable as his fan base.  He was later called on to perform remix duties for Black Sun Empire’s ‘Dawn of a Dark Day’ ft. Foreign Beggars and Noisia’s ‘Alpha Centauri’, highlighting a definitive part of his career, with the producers being a central part of his founding interest in drum & bass. In the space of a decade, Receptor had catapulted himself from the role of fan, to standing amongst his idols as their counterpart. 

After a long hiatus, Receptor now returns and is planning to push his name into the direction he’d always planned. This will represent a more experimental approach to sound design, something which will develop through his release’s forthcoming on Evolution Chamber, an imprint he’s leading alongside Task Horizon and Magnetude. With tour dates set to be announced throughout 2020, Receptor is delivering the same energy which has been seen previously during his sets at Pirate Station, Ultra Music Russia and the 10-year anniversary of World of Drum & Bass. Receptor is offering some of his biggest selections to date, which many listeners have been waiting for patiently; the music he brings along with him makes this wait worthwhile.
