I record a lot of voices, in the street, in restaurants, in bars, everywhere. I do not care what is said, it is the sounds, the rhythms that interest me.

From a distance, I thought it was a drunk man screaming. As I approached, I saw a migrant walking around, a blanket under his arm, singing. To give himself courage, to forget, to believe in the future? ... He seemed to feel so bad... The sound is pretty bad, the street was noisy.

Louise died, she was alive, and then she died. A funeral is never joyfull. But Louise was. I recorded, the organs, the songs and I made something in her image, quiet and joyful.

Sometimes I wonder where I find the titles of my pieces. There must be a little dark corner in my brain that must function autonomously... 

A_Drone

My creative process is based on recording my environment, capturing sounds from the streets, bars, restaurants, or concerts... Anonymous recordings, stolen from the world around me. Nothing original, often very mundane sounds: children playing, birds singing, bells ringing... 

From this base and my guitar, I try to make each track to live like a short film. Whether it is a tale of adventure, nostalgia or dream, each tracks will invites you to visualize your own narrative and for somes one a very personal story. 
To each their own film.
