With all the sounds I recorded, I thought I could do a track to describe one of my days. A single title will not be enough, so it will be several pieces of variable duration. It starts before I wake up until a little bit after I go to bed.

One day in my life

It starts when my dreams mix with the sound of the alarm clock and it continues to the essential coffee.

01 - Wake Up

Second part, it’s time to go to work. A little walk, then 25 minutes by train and the arrival at the station in which a self-service piano is installed

02 - Going To Work

Third part, well installed in front of my office, a cup of coffee nearby, I start by reading my emails and answering them. An obligatory passage that has nothing original...

03 - First Part Of The Morning

Fourth part, the work meetings are not always exciting, the voices become blurred, the imagination escapes and takes us elsewhere before coming back brutally around the table...

04 - Service Meeting

Fifth part, after work let's have a good time eating.

05 - Time To Eat

Sixth part, after eating, let's go to a strange place, an old abandoned prison infested with pigeons... It's called Jailhouse Jack !

06 - Pigeon House

Seventh part, sometimes there are working meetings during which no one agrees with anyone. Some are annoyed, others sigh, and we leave before the situation degenerates by promising to refer to our hierarchy!

07 - Work Meeting

Eighth part, it’s time to go home, subway, train and small walk and here I am back home

08 - Back Home

Ninth part, I plug in my guitar, set my DAW and let’s go for some music. After washing the dishes, I take my tablet and play!!

00 - One Day In My Life

My creative process is based on recording my environment, capturing sounds from the streets, bars, restaurants, or concerts... Anonymous recordings, stolen from the world around me. Nothing original, often very mundane sounds: children playing, birds singing, bells ringing... 

From this base and my guitar, I try to make each track to live like a short film. Whether it is a tale of adventure, nostalgia or dream, each tracks will invites you to visualize your own narrative and for somes one a very personal story. 
To each their own film.
