For this 87th podcast, we’re taking a one way trip to Switzerland. Because there is one field in which our neighbors aren’t neutral, it surely is music. The proof being Pascal Viscardi, today’s guest… "Napoletano" by heart but settled in Geneva, Pascal sees the house as a whole movement of with he endeavors to master each and every discipline. Experienced collector, exquisite DJ, fine promoter and passionate producer : nothing goes past this 28 years old musician, half of Born Bjorg, member of DB59, co-founder of rhythmcycles.ch and resident at Zoo de Genève. After five years playing around Romandie, Pascal gears up for the next level, by starting to master old analog machines. He succeeds right away with The Body EP produceed with Jean Obuchowicz, supported by artists like Laurent Garnier, Seth Troxler, Jimpster or Josh Wink. Two maxis later, basses are rumbling and Pascals’ sound is getting more mature : influenced by the 90′s New York scene and Chicago 80′s acid’s first flattering steps, his music tends to be a bit contemporary, but above all sincere.

A sincerity that goes on and on in this mix that lets Pascal generosity speak up. Just as the records he released, this set is timeless and specialized. Fits perfectly to hit the road for your summer trip.
