Welcome to Redshifter - the first-ever collaborative album from RAN (ransynth.bandcamp.com) and Pashang爬上! This album is a love letter to the incredible sci-fi of the 70s and 80s, Choose Your Own Adventure books, and all the wonderfully creative bits of nostalgia that made us what we are today. I was super stoked when I got the track back from Alex. Nothing could have emphasised the dystopian mood better than his distinctive guitar sound. I still get goosebumps every time the first solo kicks in. And nothing could have been more fitting than these scenes from Blade Runner to build a visual mood around it.
