In a small, southwest Louisiana town called Abbeville birthed a man doing immense things to make the world around him a better place to live.Levy once lived a life in crime, immersing himself in drugs, guns and alcohol. A three-year prison stint turned that all around and enabled him to find God.
 
 
I was looking for what I already had and wanted to be accepted, so I tried to fit in,” he
 
remembers.
 
 
He is now a pastor, gospel rap artist, motivational speaker, humanitarian and self-proclaimed
 
“street minister.” His former life has allowed him to see the good, bad and ugly sides of life and
 
therefore empathize with everyone who crosses his path.
 
 
He knows how to “cross the street without getting hit in it,” he says.
 
 
 
Levy’s style is unmatched. He’s articulate, passionate, hip and has an unbelievably keen sense
 
of community.He has appeared on the Bobby Jones Gospel show and shared the stage with gospel greats like
 
Donnie McClurkin and Tye Tribbett. Levy has also been on program with prolific pastors such
 
as Beverly “Bam” Crawford and Bishop Noel Jones. He has been featured in almost every local
 
new outlet near his hometown.
 
He travels around the country speaking to school kids about the dangers of drugs, crime and
 
peer pressure. He has performed alongside phenomenal local and national artists.
 
 
Now being saved and set apart by God, he’s more mature, conscientious, polished and ready to
 
give to the nations a sound that cannot be denied.Levy’s hit single “Step if You Blessed,” is creating regional buzz and growing. The infectious beat and catchy hook have people of all walks of life running to the dance floor to show how good
 
God has been in their lives. This single if off of his upcoming album The Hood Hospital.
 
 His current album, Son of a King, includes singles such as “Change My Life,” “Heavyweight,” and
 
“Church Boy.” His previous album P.O.P. (Power of Prayer), included the locally-popular songs
 
“Troublesome Time,” “If I Got That Too,” and “Thank You.”
 
 
 
Levy adds, “I’m destined for success, but not in the likes of money or fame, I’m talking about
 
reaching the lost, giving to the needy, and loving the outcast.”
