•That reminds me, did you ever check out that MIDI version of the Erasure song Angel? I thought it would inspire you. And now that I think about it it, if you ran it through your synthesizer you might get something new. :)

This is the new single from Dave Audé featuring Andy Bell of Erasure.

And though not short of his own musical achievements, Dave Audé’s dream comes alive courtesy of this transatlantic connection with Erasure vocalist Andy Bell.  Taking one of the elder statesman of electro-pop’s former glories to heart, Audé shows a little respect by teasing in classic 80s synth strokes with his contemporary flavors, creating an analog/digital soundclash that proves the perfect bed for Bell’s effortlessly and impeccably delivered vocals.  Now here we go!
