djeb and I first met over four years ago in this weird quasi-mythical place called Loudness Refuge. We became friends almost instantly and, since then, we have been around each other's music and art, have traveled to different countries together, and even worked together alongside other people on songs like Dubstep 2 - Emotional clap or SHADOW GOVERNMENT INC - CLEAN JOBS. For the most part, heavy dubstep songs don't usually have much of a theme. They usually go like "here's just me messing with a synth" or "here's a song about my interests or media franchise im into right now."

So when I initially made this song, it wasn't much different. I needed something for Round 3 of Dub Duels, so I made a whatever song about me being able to write for strings. For the purpose, it was enough (I lost the round lmao), but I felt like it needed a complete makeover. 
At that time, I was feeling "somewhat" sad and angry about some issues I was having with a person, so I thought it would be cathartic to write around these feelings. Somewhat, because I'm usually too stable emotionally, so I didn't feel that strongly about it 😭. Instead, I thought, what if I imagined I was actually really sad and angry, and tried to channel these feelings? And that's how it ended up. It was a very fun exercise in humanity, and I hope you guys like it!
