With his sensual and infectious deep house tunes, CRCKSN exemplifies the saturated sound of now. Inspired in equal parts by Detroit techno and the latest offerings of Chicago house and Nu-Disco, the young producer effortlessly combines down-pitched vocals and hypnotic breaks to the most thrilling effect. In his many years of experience as a musician, he has constantly shifted styles and sounds blending his unique swag with a rare iconic presence.

Hailing from Luxembourg, a tedious Bermuda triangle offering the obvious advantages of cross-cultural exchange yet devoid of any significant market structures, the upcoming producer has experimented with various forms of musical expression ever since his parents treated him with a first vinyl player upon reaching the age of twelve. It isn’t until then that he decides to devote his life entirely to music. Experimenting with mixing and scratching techniques at a very young age, he soon notices his lack of a musical background, which ultimately directs him onto production.

Studying sound design in Munich several years later, he expands his horizons and feels increasingly compelled by electronic music and its possibilities. His musical sense triggered by artists such as Daft Punk, Chromeo and Digitalism, he quickly learns to express himself through electronica and creates the duo ‘Christal and Crack’ with a childhood friend, igniting the Luxembourgish scene within hours. The band quickly gains notoriety and numerous references during that prolific period supporting artists like Data, Bloody Beetroots, Le Tigre among others. In 2009 however, the duo parts ways with CRCKSN deciding to put his entire focus on a solo career. In this period, he meets the opportunity to perform next to established acts like Does it Offend you Yeah? Zombienation or Fancy who express their appreciation for his unique sound.

After this first venture into solo territory, a change occurs in the musician's electronic outlook. The experience of Berlin-based club culture paired with the discovery of artists like Trentemoeller, Apparat and Seth Troxler opens up new directions leading CRCKSN to relocate to Berlin to refine his production skills, constantly incorporating new elements and techniques into his tracks which quickly find their way into renowned clubs. Over the last year, CRCKSN spent a lot of effort and dedication in fine-tuning his tracks and is now ready to present his sound to a larger audience.

Born in Paris in 1976, he immediately gained an appreciation for a variety of cultures, especially when it came to music.

As a child, Benoît's interest in music peaked when he was rocked by the songs and melodies of classical music, jazz, blues and pop rock, which at that time was the rage in France.  

He started leasing violin at 4 years old, piano at 6, saxo & guitar at 14. Later on his taste in music broadened and his love for Parisian nightlife led to the beginning of his career as a DJ.  He decided to study taxes to become a tax lawyer in Paris and to produce music with some friends... 

After working in several Parisian clubs, Benoît became unsatisfied with the confines of electronic music and sought to develop his musical career further.  

Benoît became a DJ because he liked to share music with other people. Then, Benoît joined his friend & his teacher, David Visan at Buddha Bar in 2003. 

Benoît explains: “For me, music is an encounter between various sensations”. Benoît met international artists & decided to create an arty-people collective. 

"We are of agreement on the fact of making an atypical album with the electro spirit : freedom of our own expression”. 

Benoît knows as : “The music is our space of freedom and meetings”.

In her little apartment in the heart of Brussels, Lisa Rosillo writes assassin songs. She tells it all, from revenge against domestic violence, Tarrantino style, broken hearts or loss of embryos, it ends up often in a blood bath. Humour is her ally, she defines herself as a cannibal poet. People she dislikes, she eats. You see, she loves food.
Vincenzo Alicandro, guitarist, in all his wisdom and patience, creates around these texts a deep musical universe sounding rock or sometimes electro but always with a profound jazz/folk influence.
