Waydown Wailers are an American blues, Roots Rock, Outlaw Country Rock, Swamp Rock, Blues Rock original band composed of brothers Dave and Christian Parker, Michael (Scruffy) Scriminger, Joey Thomas, and Connor Pelkey. Their album, Backland Blues (2018), was well received [1] and topped out at #5 on the Blues Rock Chart.[2] The musical group has toured extensively in the Northeastern US and has been the opening act for Lady Antebellum,[3] The Charlie Daniels Band, ZZ Top and Jerrod Niemann,[4] among others.

My background is in electronic music. Having listened to old-school techno for most of my life, I have evolved into a much more aggressive, more provocative, and politically charged voice. We must stand together and force-feed these maggots to infest the waves with our tunes, no matter what I sing or write about. Despite this, we must understand that a lot of people can change their minds and damn their souls due to the magic we hold within ourselves. I respect the free-thinking and the introverted. I promote the originals and the trendsetters. Please wander off the path and find your way while respecting the art.
