The teachings I received during the Aya ceremony are beginning to reveal themselves with greater clarity. This morning, I awoke to a vivid re-experience of that ceremony. My mind became transparent, showing me all its thoughts at once. Occasionally, thoughts about others surfaced, leading me into a spiral of judgment and discomfort. However, today was different—I could see exactly where these thoughts were headed and stopped them immediately, redirecting my awareness to the present moment, where my true joy resides.

In doing so, I noticed my mind returning to a state of calm, allowing clarity to emerge and enabling me to fully enjoy the present. The insights I’ve had over the past few days are connecting with the shifts in my behavior this morning. The core idea is simple: “Don’t believe every thought you think; focus only on those that lead to what you truly desire.” And what do I desire? Joy. And the only place joy exists is in the present moment.

With this clear direction, I now understand where to guide my thoughts. My task is simple—direct my awareness to the present, where joy awaits. This practice is familiar to me; I’ve already walked this path during the Aya ceremony. The feeling is here, the way forward is known, and the technique is within me. All I need to do is open myself to it. By doing so, I will live in my heaven once again—a heaven where the Father always protects me, and my sole purpose is to experience joy in each moment.

I recall the Father who appeared during the ceremony, always reminding me, “As long as you stay positive, everything will be okay. Fear only arises when you lose mindfulness.” Thus, as long as mindfulness is with me, only joy can touch me.
