In this episode, I tried to explain that people can change by becoming students of life, not followers of other people. 

This is one of the most empowering Jim Rohn’s teachings. He said that we need to take things out of our heads and put them on a paper, write them down. 
And the best way to do it is to keep a journal because it helps us collect good ideas that will change our lives. 

Lastly, I'd like to suggest this prophetic yet practical Bible verse that can help you achieve more in life. Writing your goals in your journal can really be helpful as your vision board will become very clear and will lead the course of your actions.

This is tough to do everyday, it requires discipline and consistency. Clearly, it should become part of your daily habit or routine.

Motiv'Spiration Podcast | Episode #5: Introduction to Keeping a Journal

Hey guys! 

Thank you for tuning in! I’m Patrick Behuhuma, from D.R. Congo. I was born and raised there, but I have been living in Japan since 2011, precisely in Tokyo. I currently work as Actor in Film & TV. 

This is my very first podcast. Whenever I can, I would love to share with you my ideas and thoughts on "Personal Development, Setting Goals and Financial Independence". The name of this podcast is 「Motiv’Spiration」 because its mission is to spread a message that spawns “Motivation” and “Inspiration” in young people, in order to empower future generations. 

My true passion is actually "EDUTAINMENT"「EDUcation x enterTAINMENT」This is because I just enjoy entertaining people around me, while transferring some kind of knowledge to them. Thus, my nickname: "PatlovelyBHH - The Edutainer"!

Since early 2018, I have been listening to motivational messages and watching great minds like Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Myles Munroe, Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Eric Thomas, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Steve Harvey, Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and many more. Their powerful teachings are really helping me. I started this process because I decided to turn my life around. And guess what? It's working! I took a new direction, leading to a new life, a new destination. I am now engaged in a constant change of my "Belief System” or “Personal Philosophy" (simply the guidance system on how I want to live my life). Little that I know, I am discovering my greater “Life Purpose”, which is being able to free people around me from their concerns. And I want to keep doing so through my acting and storytelling adventures.

I think we are all aspiring to become better versions of ourselves. So, to achieve one’s goal in life, I think it's very important to work on oneself, everyday! By doing so, one can not only make a living, but also design a life, that will help them build a fortune. So, I am hoping that my contribution through this podcast will help someone find their way to greatness, become successful, and achieve their greater purpose in life, while living the life of their dreams.  

As a matter of fact, I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I am looking forward to many more achievements.
