Wanderer, wonderer, journeyman, folksinger — Nate Taylor fuses story and experience on a quest for connection through music — to people, to nature, to truth. Often compared to Nick Drake for his resonant fingerpicking, Taylor paints an ethereal soundscape with his soaring vocals that implores a kind of reverence for the moment. His songs wrestle with love, loss, and purpose in pursuit of the ideal that music can be a force for understanding in an ever more disparate world. While a faithful steward of the Boston folk scene for much of the year, Taylor completed his fourth annual house show tour in 2018, affectionately titled There And Back Again, or TABA 2018, covering 12,000 miles and living out his vision of community through music. In December 2018, Taylor released “TABA 2018 LIVE,” a collection of live recordings from TABA 2018. Join the adventure when Nate comes to your town!

Zee Bricker, Adam Michael Lee Padden and Donny Blum are Tart, Detroit’s premiere shred-pop outfit. Formed in 2014, Bricker (vocals) and Padden (guitar) ventured to blend their very different musical backgrounds; Bricker with her disciplined theatre education and Padden’s extensive history of performing in rock bands. Together they discovered the perfect fusion of electro-clash, new-wave that was entirely their own. It wasn’t until the duo replaced a drum machine with drummer and collaborator Donny Blum (The Von Bondies) that Tart’s vision was fully realized. 2017 saw the release of their third E.P Toothache and their first collection with Blum as a full time member.

Portland based quartet Oh Darling’s buoyant new-wave pop has the power to turn the most forbidding club crowd into a sea of grinning fan-geeks. But their reach extends well beyond area venues – several Oh Darling tunes have graced top-rated TV series, film and commercials. Their forthcoming album, Beauty in Commotion, set to be released in early 2014, is certain to win over a bevy of new admirers.
