A classically trained pianist and singer turned metal guitarist, Max Reverb came up in the Indie Alt-Rock scene before diving headlong into a variety of projects in Canada and Europe, while fronting hard-hitting bands in opposition to a conservatory background. Max Reverb brings the fully realised musical vision of the classic rock of Pink Floyd, the piano surge of Elton John, the modern intensity of Muse and My Chemical Romance, and the storytelling and over-the-top vocals of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf all together into a cohesive sound which goes from a whisper to a wall and back again, taking you on an immersive musical ride.

With the latest release, the song-cycle ‘Cherry Blossom’, Max Reverb joins forces with the sound wizard of Nik Nak Studios and drumming icon Graham Shaw, for an ocean-spanning project meant to shine a light on the accelerating urgency of our climate, our choices, and how we love each other in a world spinning faster every day.
