Ahead of their forthcoming ‘Path Of Hybrid’ compilation, Alexi Delano and Cari Lekebusch come together on this four-track collaboration EP. Constructed over countless remote studio sessions with Delano and Lekebusch swapping files across the Atlantic, the pair got to finish the project via a marathon three-day studio session in Stockholm. The result is a set of mood-soaked techno that reflects the personality of both artists

The 12” of the release opens up with Off World Wonder. Set to a steady marching rhythm, this deep and brooding trip through low bass tones and cut up chants fuses deep tribal flavors with spaciously epic atmospheres.

On the flip side, Streams Of Dreams keeps things on the deep, rolling tip with a heavy, undulating sub-bass powering the groove while an infectious vocal refrain loops in the background. Seriously deep and sultry techno…

Two digital bonus tracks complete the EP. System Unlocked sees Alexi and Cari get in a more melodic mood; conjuring up a slow-burning groove of swaying rhythms and lush chords that amalgamate into a hypnotic mood-setter. Out Of Sight closes out the EP with a workout of punchy robotic funk and freaky harmonic organ riffs that makes for a robust but harmonic tool for adding colour and life to heads-down beat drive DJ sets.

Returning with an unusual blend of 5 powerhouse cuts composed by contemporary techno’s up-and-coming INTERFERON, N.A.A.F.I., Hidden Rooms, Anthro and Falhaber.

Märked welcomes INTERFERON - undoubtedly underrated wizard from the States bringing that effective well executed techno driving an ominous sinister vibe. Its tight groove directed by several crunchy scrapes alternated with cleverly forward-driving placed hits retain pressure throughout this crystal clear cut. Second on track is newly formed Sicillian techno outfit N.A.A.F.I. contributing the percussive goods showcasing their cultural heritage through characteristic accents of distorted drums. On the contrary whereas 'Lekker’ has that powerful hypnotic tribe feel, Hidden Rooms packs an angry acid freight train pursuing a dark intrigue through accelerating industrial undertones. Followed by a percussive drum work-out, Anthro continues to build his strong signature sound. Clear cut techno accompanied by an old school Thunderdome vocal where the experimental-oriented progress of the plot will further on develop into something more unusual. Finishing off with a vocal guided silence before the storm as Falhaber builds his break into a crisis environment of pulverizing electronic stereo information.

Seine Leidenschaft für Techno ist ungebändigt und voller Energie, was sich in seinem Sound und deren Philosophie wiederspiegelt. In erster Linie mache ich Techno für mich, wenn es anderen gefällt ist das ein angenehmer Nebeneffekt" so sein Motto! Sein Stil ist eine Mischung aus kraftvollem sehr treibenden und dunklem atmosphärischem Techno.

2014 gründete er die Veranstaltungsreihe Techno Basstardz und lieferte einmal im Monat im Kitu Club Saarbrücken eine Nacht der dunklen Bässen und treibenden Beats ab. Mittlerweile konnte er schon mit einigen populären Djs aus der Szene unter beweis stellen und für ordentlichen Techno sorgen!
