This project blossomed from my growing love for the EDM-style music over the past year or so. I became infatuated with the beats and the sounds and the compositions that graced my ears that it filled me with all kinds of ideas and songs and thoughts that I had to get out of my own mind and share with the world. From that idea came this remix-album-mixtape-project, "RapStepPoetry." The songs before you are an assortment of original songs and remixed ones that I myself have laid vocals over and created something new, something different, no matter how small or large that difference may be. It is like poetry to my ears and the infusion of hip-hop lyricisms and the hard hitting serenity that is the electronic music staple brings a lot of new possibilities to the table in terms of musical creations and expansion!

I want to give a special shout out to AStreits for mixing and mastering this beast into the coherent and beautiful work of art that it is right now. I also want to give major props to all the artists, Sound Remedy, Kaptain Skyrim, Lisa Mitchell, Protohype, Kezwick, LOUDPVCK, Ree$e, GOOD MUSIC, Figure, Feature Cuts, 2Chainz, Drake, Branchez, A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, KO KO, Muffoxx, Zaylien, Ellie Goulding, Calvin Harris, Bring The Noize, Yuna, and Adventure Club for creating such incredible pieces of music, works of art that are timeless and relevant all at the same time.
