'Iyewaye', Oliver Koletzki’s first release after the autobiographical I AM OK album, introduced a new facet of the artist’s sound. The EP catered to a darker and more raw aesthetic, a direction followed and deepened by the four remixes. First up is the title track 'Iyewaye', turned into a lengthy tech infused introspection by Hatzler. Loosely centered around the initial vocals, Loco & Jam’s makeover explores the track’s captivating snappy narrative. The more rhythm focused 'Ipuza' gets a special treatment from Hidden Empire who dial up the aggression of the percussion. Zakari & Blange downplay the track’s initial exotic elements, focusing on the rattling synths and giving it a late-night dancefloor rework.

Chaty & Tamez aka Alberto Ortega and Hector Tamez made their debut in the electronic music scene in 2014, with 'My Scape' on David Seaman's Selador and then followed up with a release entitled 'Depopulation' on Suruba Records. They have since released on Fade Records, Sincopat, Dialtone, Union Jack, and Eklektisch. Chaty & Tamez come forth with a 6 track EP on Anathema Records by the name of 'Fake Voices' with remixes by John Tejada, Several Definitions, and Anathema Records founders, Alerch & Fec.

The first track in the EP goes by the name, 'Introspection' and starts off with a nice and steady beat and undertones that eventually coalesce with a delicate melodic build that continues to triumph. The title track, 'Fake Voices' follows suit creating an otherworldly atmosphere purveying an emotive element. The 3rd original track in this 6 track EP, goes by the name 'Hell Go' and begins with a bit of a faster pace before presenting spacey undertones and a very unique sound.

John Tejada puts forth a catchy and groovy remix of 'Introspection' in the last part of the EP adding a few more melodious traits and less pauses and build up. Several Definitions follow up to John's remix turning 'Fake Voices' into a Techno track that continuously chugs along. The otherworldly atmospheric outlays are stripped a bit and altered resting on top of a steady, infectious bassline. Alerch & Fec then finish off the EP with their rendition of 'Hell Go' with a steady, driving pace that surely will get the dancefloor moving and listeners nodding their head. The instrumentals are duly placed accompanying the addictive melodies.

Drumcode has become a label synonymous with some of the most-cutting edge and forward-thinking techno over the last 20 years. Their artists include both emerging and established names, and one of those well recognised is Enrico Sangiuliano. Now announcing the very first concept album of his career.

The prolific Italian producer has been catapulted into the limelight after the runaway success of his past releases, and now Biomorph is born. 

A very special concept album designed to take the listener on a journey of evolution. A musical adaptation describing how biological and technological advances over numerous generations of time have all started from the same first step in our own biological journey.

Divided into 4 parts, Organisms opens with atmospheric tones, gradually blending complex textures and timbres to begin the evolutional process. The beginning of this section combines full sounding arrangements before stripping it all back to basics. From here it dissolves into the atmosphere. Organisms then progresses into a break-beat influenced, down tempo track using synths to add complexity to the straight, broken rhythms.

Galactic, futuristic elements are found in both tracks in Cosmic Forces. Upbeat, groovy, electronic synths resonate, before ‘Hidden T’ brings the tension to get things pumped up with stratospheric swirls and twirls to lay down one of the most mind meltingly deep drops.

Metamorphosis is mysterious, its opening beat is a deep and piercing tone that sends the listener into a sensory awareness of their surroundings before breaking into a fully charged, techno track, with Enrico’s trademark sounds and textures.

All evolution has an ending.

Two Probabilities shows the positive, starting out evocative and emotional, with a gentle harmony, gazing towards a ‘New Dawn’. On the other side of the spectrum lies the negative. This is influenced with a rhythm that articulates the beat of death, mathematical, cold and metallic in texture, it shows the unsustainability of its nature, with a hectic, anxious break beat influenced ending.

The digital version also features a bonus track; 'A Further Existence'.

Patrick´s sound can be described as straight ahead techno, but also taking in influences from house music. He presents tech-house music, partly monotone, but always under the aspect of being groovy. He combines the elements of a lot of different styles in order to show it as a whole.
 
In 1999 he founded the event and artist agency Global Tunes and organized various big events with internationally well-known artist. In March 2002 Patrick quit his job in this agency in order to focus on his own studio projects.
In 2003 he met Harold Todd from the Lenny Kravitz band and, following his passion to house music, they set up the project Sexy Pie. In 2004 they released their first single. In the same year he started to work for the Frankfurt based label Cocoon Recordings, where he is responsible for the digital distribution.
 
In 2006 his first EP gets released including a remix by Oliver Koletzki. A lot of other releases followed – cooperations with and remixes from artists like Guy Gerber, DJ Sneak, Boris Brejcha, Mendo, Alex Flatner, Broombeck and studio partner M.in speak for oneself.
 
In 2010 he produced the Ibiza-Spotlight-Podcast for Cocoon Recordings, which represented the sound of the label of this summer. Later that year he was also responsible for the Bonus Mix for the „Sound Of The Eleventh Season“ by Sven Väth.

2011 has been a highly productive year: Patrick´s remix for Extrawelt´s Titelheld hit the third place of the Beatport techno charts. He also mixed the retrospective Mix-CD of „11 Years Cocoon Recordings“. In the same year he finally set up his own label Insist Music.

Patrick´s own music and remixes can be found on countless esteemed label like Cocoon  Recordings, Suara, Kling Klong, Leena, Form Music, Octopus, BluFin and keinemusik amongst others. His remixes are highly appreciated by colleagues and so it is no wonder that artists like Extrawelt, Boys Noize and Lützenkirchen rely on his works.
