Accompanied by a tender melody sung by the birds, soft rays of light cutting through leafy crowns, the gentle rustling embedded in insectoid humming. The slow rhythm of growth, older than man, older than all superficial chatter and pitiful humanoid complaints of everyday troubles, all of it gets drowned in this ancient song, audible to anyone, if only we cared to listen.

UMAMI stems from a need to rediscover the fundamental taste, in this case in music. It’s a word that is not translated into different languages, it is international, like the artists here from all over the world.
