My name is Adam Ragusea, I'm an American journalist and educator who used to—and sometimes still does—make music.


Integral Dojo Radio is a "virtual practice community" of audio recordings from live teachings, dialogues, interviews, course talks. It is out intention and commitment to support individuals and the cultural they live in towards greater growth and integration through practices engaging the body, mind, heart and spirit.
