As the fog rolled over the Forgotten Valley, Ute collective co-founder Marius Bø was on duty to sound the Funktion-One alarm clock and open the final morning of Monument Festival 2024. Drawing the weary dancers back to the dance floor like some kind of magical rave pied piper, his musical siren call an entrancing three hour trip through ambient, electronica, and deep techno. An expert showcase in the art of delicately building momentum ✨

Electronic musician and guitarist, Sun Dawei is a very active composer in China. He started learning guitar at the age of fourteen, and later formed a punk band, which became the catalyst for him to open the door to music. Settled in Beijing in 1999, then began research and creation of electronic music, and at the same time began to dabble in Fashion Show, film, drama and commercial soundtrack work. After several transformations, in order to explore different music spaces. He announced a new musician project - CTAFAD.
In 2020, "Vertical Horizontal" was published on "Shanshui Music". In this album, you can hear "the original sound without too much modification, the sense of space like the atmosphere, and the ambitious ultrasonic experiment. In the end, an epic The core sound field has been carefully polished. The rhythm and bass line are proficient in interaction from the beginning, gradually unfolding and never extinguishing." In the subsequent release of "Vertical Horizontal Extended" and other EP albums, CTAFAD invited Claudio PRC, Blazej Malinowski, Atomic Moog, Polygonia, Laertes and IORI participated in the remix of the album.
A new music-making journey is driven by inner passion and exploration, collaboration and development. Slowly began to emerge in many foreign Techno labels. Such as: Sungate, Indefinite Pitch, Oslated, Secuencias Temporales和Melifera. At the same time, he also created a new music label "GSXS" - mind in thought, full vision.
