Sandrien is known for her versatile take on techno and igniting dancefloors all around the world from Japan, to Georgia to Berlin and of course Amsterdam, where she was a former resident of the legendary Amsterdam venues De School and its predecessor Trouw. In 2022 Sandrien set the dance floor of Monument Festival ablaze and here now for MNMT 447 she lays down another outstanding mix.

Sandrien shared some words about the mix:

“Thanks for the invite to do a mix for you, I have very fond memories of playing at the festival in 2022! It was a beautiful experience playing in the mountains with sweet, caring staff and visitors! For this podcast I wanted to make a deep techno mix, filled with tracks I’ve never played before, some unreleased tracks and a couple of favorites I currently play in my sets :) Hope you’ll enjoy it!”

Juho Kusti is a Finnish producer and dj who runs the long-running podcast / radio show Deep Space Helsinki together with Samuli Kemppi. He has been playing since 2001 and held residencies in Helsinki clubs Kaiku and Äaniwallli before moving to Berlin where he now resides. Playing clubs like Berghain, Tresor, Cassette, Glazart and Raadion to name a few, he has established a loyal following of die-hard fans of spacey techno. Exploring the experimental, psychedelic and underground tendencies of dance music remains his main objective even today.

Reka Zalan is a Berlin based DJ, who is deeply embedded in the DNA of Berlin's landscape - as a Tresor resident since 2023, a Hard Wax staffer and a member of the Coppi collective. She has laid down her powerful and psychedelic grooves at legendary institutions like Berghain, Vault Sessions, Fusion Festival, Ankali and more.  

The mix dives into the depths of atmospheric, cavernous techno before propelling into the expanse of hyperspace as it builds with speed and intensity. A consistent thread of dense psychedelia is seamlessly woven throughout the entire session - an odyssey for those deep cerebral synapses. Svreca needs little introduction. The Semantica label head has carved out a reputation in his hometown, Madrid, and internationally as a master of deep, hypnotic, forward-thinking techno.

For our One Year celebration at ://aboutblank in Berlin in May 2017, he held us spellbound under the glow of the late-spring sun with this luminescent mix of colours, textures, and sounds.
