Please allow us to introduce you to 'Stop and Listen', an upbeat stomper that tells the story of two people pulling in opposite directions throughout a fractious relationship. Born out of a period of negativity and frustration, writing and recording the song has been a cathartic process - one that has taken what was once a sensitive subject matter and bundled it into our own little sing-a-long anthem, all tied up with a soul-pop bow. On a thematic level, ‘Stop and Listen’ is for anyone who’s been through troubles and disagreements with friends, struggles with anxiety, control and inward reflection, but it’s also just for anyone who wants to dance!

The Call was a real turning point in the making of our debut album. After a pretty gloomy period around the first lockdown, the season began to change and we managed to get together to turn what was originally a downbeat solo ballad into a summer pop song, which has become one of our collective favourites to play. It's a tune about not wanting what's around the corner and the uncertainty that comes with thinking about what the future has in store for you and those closest to you. So right now try not to worry about the future, just concentrate on the now and be grateful for the moment you're in. Here's three and half minutes from us to you xx

Hello my dearest Soundcloud friends, 
Here is a song that I wrote and recorded in my Voice memos on the floor of a shower. I was in London, feeling vulnerable and lonely. I sent the song to one of my dearest friends Tahnee. It was only intended to be a draft but I told her that in the future I'd like to sing something like this with her.
She got back to me recently with a copy of the song that she had recorded harmonies, banjo and violin on. It made me cry with happiness and I wanted to share this with you.
