Ma fille quand elle avait 20 ans a passé 2 mois en hôpital psychiatrique . Les paroles de la chanson sont le reflet de ce dont elle se souvient et notre ressenti quand on allait la voir . Philippe a su retranscrire en musique toutes les étapes psychologiques par lesquelles elle et nous , ses parents sommes passés. Merci à Thibault pour les passages en anglais qui apportent une intensité incroyable au titre .  
My 20-year-old daughter spent 2 months in a psychiatric hospital. The song's lyrics reflect what she remembers and how we felt when we went to see her. Philippe was able to transcribe into music all the psychological stages she and we, her parents, went through. Thanks to Thibault for the English passages, which bring an incredible intensity to the track.

Review:
The intro in this track just flows so well, it's so chilled out and easy to listen to. Love the way the guitar riff flows in to the mellow vocals and I have to praise the undramatic use of backing vocals which add a heavenly, soulful sound to the track. Sounds similar to Lynyrd Skynyrd - I'd definitely listen to this artist again, a very easy listen
I really enjoy the guitar in this song. It has a nice sound to it I could honestly just listen to it. Your voice isn't exactly what I enjoy listening too it's kind of boring sounding. At the one part of the song you have some drums pick up the tempo a bit.. and I was hoping that the song was going to completely pick up in speed but I was kind of disappointed when it did not.
Although I enjoy the instruments in this song I dislike the pitch at which this song is sung. It is to low key and very weary. It tells of a good story and has great lyrics I would just rather not like the way it is sung. I would advise the creator to give it a little more emotion next time. So it will be more enjoyable.
I don't think the song is commercial. The artist varies the sound of the guitar. Some of the music hearts my ears and sound alike an echo effect which i really don't like. I would listen to the song again. The song could be more original. I think it would be suitable for older males.
This late 80's feel that the song gives off is a nice change of pace from the heavy type of rock and power chords that you usualy get from a song. It gives you a down to earth feeling. while the song has a bit of a slow beginning it does end up picking up just slightly, but even throughout it it never loses the soft back beat that keeps the rhythm. When you listen to the lyrics it is quite clear that it is trying to convey a message to the listener and it makes the song easier to listen to and understand.
The slow guitar goes really nice, the lyrics are really hard to understand and does not seem to make sense. There is not too mant different instruments but the drums are there and that does not go well as an slow version. Its does all mix amazingly well together. Would work better as a country or western style but as it goes quite nice all together.
I really liked the lyrics and I think the instruments sounded great with them, I also like how some of the lyrics were echoed. I think maybe you could have used the backing singers more because sometimes it sounded a bit bare. I loved the instrumental in the middle. Other than my one point, I think it sounded great!
Nice, strong bass instrumentals to start off the song, they catch the audiences' attention and digs within the human body to the spot that likes to pulsate with the base. Unfortunately, that strong bass is not maintained and should have been better taken care of throughout the song. The vocalist has a nice, echoing voice that adds to t he pulsation that the bass started at the songs starting point. The drums are a nice extra, emphasized instrumental that provides a light, rhythmic consistency to the song. The light and airy guitar playing is a good contrast with what should be a stronger bass. With the guitar in place, the song receives an almost angelic, classic rock kind of feel. The vocalist also has a kind of haunting voice the sounds like the artist has seen and experienced the pain and suffering of the world and is looking for ways, such as music, to take away some of the bad. The guitar solo is a happy section of the song, but the bass really needs to be pumped up to truly make

When the railway runs along the coast, right beside the sea, there are many tunnels. Sometimes they’re so narrow that two tracks must draw near to one another to pass through. That’s how a strange love story begins between them.
This is a song I wrote around the year 2000, one of my last. I think it has a good mood. I’ve remixed and partially rearranged it.
You can still hear the warm tone of the Washburn, along with the old Yamaha’s sounds (including the flute). The sax — reworked by me  — is kindly provided by Dropgun Samples.
Still, as always, everything is very handcrafted.

Below is the English translation of the lyrics.

They converged at the tunnel’s mouth,
suddenly parallel —
twins of the railway.
They looked at each other, studied each other,
just enough
to not quite grasp
how much the one beside you knows of you.
They hesitated, thinking of the road behind:
companions in adventure,
but now unsure why.
And then they stared at the night gaping inside the tunnel:
a magnificent promise
to be traveled on the thread of fantasy.

“Inside this darkness, maybe we will never part,
under this shadow, maybe you’ll finally know me,
after this night, who knows where you’ll fall asleep —
perhaps closer to the sea…”

They parted at the tunnel’s edge,
but a narrow wall concealed a silence
charged with jealousy,
shaped like fear — fear of that strange kind of courtesy,
fear of the light,
fear of the end of the tunnel.
“Parallel track,
mirror born of the railway,
traitorous twin,
lover made of parody.
Don’t tell me that
after this darkness we’ll never part,
that under this shadow you’ll finally touch me,
that after this night, who knows where you’ll take me —
perhaps down by the sea…”

And at the end of that masterpiece of engineering,
only one of them
came rushing out of the tunnel;
on instinct, he turned and saw
that the sea was beside him,
and under the sea, the sky,
and beneath the sky — who knows what lies...

“After this darkness, surely we will never part,
inside this shadow, surely you’ll let go,
after this night, I cannot say where you’ll fall asleep —
perhaps closer to the sea…”

Confluirono all'ingresso della galleria
improvvisamente paralleli 
gemelli della ferrovia.
Si guardarono, si studiarono quel tanto che
non basta a misurare sino in fondo
quello che hai di fianco cosa sa di te.
Indugiarono, pensarono alla strada dietro di sé:
compagni di avventura,
ma ora non capivano perché.
E poi guardarono la notte spalancata nella galleria:
magnifica promessa
da viaggiare sul filo della fantasia

"dentro questo buio forse noi non ci separeremo mai,
sotto questo scuro tu finalmente mi conoscerai,
dopo questa notte poi non so dire dove ti addormenterai,
forse più vicino al mare ..."

Si congedarono sulla bocca della galleria,
ma parete stretta nasconde silenzio
fatto a carica di gelosia,
fatto a forma di paura di quella stranissima cortesia,
paura della luce
paura della fine della galleria.
"Binario parallelo,
specchio generato dalla ferrovia,
gemello traditore,
amante da parodia.
Non dirmi che 
dopo questo buio noi non ci separaremo mai,
che sotto questo scuro tu finalmente mi toccherai,
che dopo questa notte poi chissà dove mi accompagnerai,
forse giù vicino al mare ..."

E alla fine di quel capolavoro di ingegneria,
di loro uno solo
usciva di corsa dalla galleria;
d'istinto si voltò e vide che
c'era il mare di fianco a sé,
e sotto il mare il cielo,
e sotto il cielo chissa cosa c'è ...

"dopo questo buio certo noi non ci separeremo mai,
dentro questo scuro tu sicuramente ti abbandonerai,
dopo questa notte poi non so dire dove ti addormenterai,
forse più vicino al mare ..."

This song is a Phish song written by Trey, Page, Fishman, and Tom Marshall, who wrote the lyrics. Originally, on their album Hoist, it's just Trey playing and acoustic guitar and singing. Stephen and I wanted to give it our own flavor though. After I asked him to play banjo on it and produce it for me, we started spitballing ideas about how we could add something more to it. Originally, we both played every instrument, guitar, banjo, mandolin, and piano, through the whole thing, except the first and last verses. Then we decided to trickle the instruments in for maximum effect. I also sang the harmonies throughout. Finally, Stephen came up with the idea to wrap the last verse in a mono effect, giving it a detached feel. He mixed it brilliantly, too.
  This song has always had a special place deep in my heart. Sometimes you hear a song and recognize such truth in it, it feels like it was written about you. This is such a song for me. Plus, it was written by my favorite band, Phish, so it has even more meaning for me. We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it.
