ok ok ok I am hooked and a new follower. fantastic works!

When love deceives, when love fails.
A melancholic love song for Piano, Saxophone and String Orchestra.
Improvised and recorded in my sound studio.

The two instruments, Piano and Sax, are in a dialog.
Carried by a soft orchestral sound, they exchange tunes, they complement, sometimes imitate, sometimes contradict each other. 
Rarely forming a common harmony.

Little erratic time signatures reinforce the sense of disharmony.

I last saw Tilly alive exactly one week ago. We found her dead at 6am on Thursday 5th October. She was killed under horrific circumstances. I didn't want my last memory to be of her broken body lying on the cold tarmac. She didn't deserve her life to be snuffed out that way. So I wrote this tribute, something majestic, befitting of the queen that she was. 

I'd been watching documentaries about people having after death experiences, how time became meaningless, and how they were floating through the cosmos. I was also watching videos showing some of the most beautiful scenes from the film "Interstellar", which gave me inspiration for the music.
