Hailing from Belarus and now based in Poland, Kostya Outta has carved a name for himself in the global electronic music scene with a style he aptly calls “a sound from outta space.” Over the past decade, he has evolved from an emerging talent to a headlining artist across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, sharing the stage with industry luminaries like Aly & Fila, Robert Babicz, Rauschhaus and Sander van Doorn. Blending genres with finesse, his electrifying sets have built a loyal global following, echoing from the Northern skies of Canada to the tropical pulse of Sri Lanka.

Kostya’s journey began with a vision grounded in groove, melody, and emotional resonance. Early releases like High Flyers and Silence introduced a fresh voice in Progressive House, earning him early acclaim and cementing his place among a new generation of producers redefining the genre. “For me, music should always move the body but also stir the soul,” he says. Over the years, his sound has matured into a rich, progressive narrative, balancing hypnotic rhythms with cinematic swells. 

Industry tastemakers including Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Eelke Kleijn, Nick Warren, and D-Nox have consistently supported his music, while acclaimed labels such as Replug, Mango Alley, Proportion, and Afterglow have become recurring homes for his textured productions. Over the years, Kostya has built a stellar catalog that showcases his melodic depth and emotional range, with releases on some of the most respected labels including UV, inU, Superordinate, Musique de Lune, and Strange Town Recordings, among many others. In 2025, Kostya’s Awakening EP, with remixes by Hernan Cattaneo & Marcelo Vasami, and Ruben Karapetyan & Supacooks, marked a milestone as Mango Alley’s 300th release, soaring into Beatport’s Top 10 and further solidifying his place in the Progressive House scene.

Hailing from the heart of Tirana, Albania, comes the hypnotic rhythm of TEELCO, an esteemed DJ and producer who has been rocking dance floors since his debut in 2004. With over 20 years of experience in the underground, lounge, and club scene, TEELCO's musical journey has evolved into a captivating adventure of passion and creativity.
Since his inception into the music industry in 2013, TEELCO has unleashed over 90+ original tracks and remixes, captivating audiences worldwide. His dedication to music traces back to 1997, where his love affair with electronic music began as a musician and he has not stopped since, constantly blurring the lines between playing and producing. For TEELCO, the decks and the studio are not just places of work, but sanctuaries of creativity and solace.
Through his obsession with electronic music, TEELCO has become a beacon of the progressive music scene, garnering praise from industry heavyweights such as Hernan Cattaneo, DJ Ruby, Guy Mantzur, Nicolas Rada, Ezequiel Arias, Mariano Mellino, Miss Melera, Martin Fredes and many more. His deep enchanting sounds have found homes in prestigious labels such as Movement Recordings, Balkan Connection, Soundteller Records, ICONYC Noir, Mango Alley, Dopamine White, The Purr, Univack, Space Dementia, For Senses, Deep Down Music, RKP, and Saturo Sounds, captivating listeners with his deep and colourful harmonies and rolling bass lines.
The year 2022 proved to be a milestone for TEELCO, with successful productions and electrifying performances, including a memorable appearance at the renowned AMASTERDAM DANCE EVENT (ADE) and in 2024 with his participation in one of the most famous festivals already and one of the iconic labels, ANJUNADEEP EXPLORATION. His productions are characterised by intricate melodies, infectious grooves, and vibrant harmonies, painting a sonic tapestry that captivates all the senses.
Adding to his repertoire, TEELCO hosts his own radio show, "Sonho Melodico," on Saturo Sounds, an online radio platform based in the UK. Broadcasting every first Saturday of the month since November 2020, the show showcases TEELCO's curated selection of progressive delights, enchanting listeners worldwide.
Among some of his latest achievements, TEELCO has teamed up with heavyweights such as Maze28, Stereo Munk and Gorkiz, standing as a testament to his musical prowess, and further solidifying his position as one of Albania’s key players in the space. 
With a myriad of new releases and remixes already unleashed last year and this year, 2025 is definitely the year to watch TEELCO as he continues to push the boundaries with his productions and performances, his journey promises to resonate with audiences across the globe, leaving an impressive legacy on the world of electronic music.
