About Victor Crain:

Victor Crain is an accomplished artist and producer from Saint Petersburg, Russia. His passion for electronic music first ignited in 1993 during his time in Germany, where he discovered the raw energy of hardcore and techno. By 2002 he had stepped behind the decks, steadily refining his craft and finding his voice within the worlds of deep house, progressive house, and organic house. These genres gave him the space to explore contemporary soundscapes and push artistic boundaries, carving out a style that feels both immersive and forward-thinking.

His productions have been released on respected labels including Massive Harmony Records, Future Avenue, AH Digital, 3rd Avenue, LuPS Records, Kodai, Soundteller Records, Progressive House Argentina, Sound Avenue, Sound of Harmonies, Balkan Connection, and Elebated. Each release adds to his growing presence within the global progressive community.

Today, creating music and crafting mixes remains both a beloved pastime and a deeply expressive outlet, pursued with care and dedication in his leisure hours. With every track and set, Victor continues to contribute to the evolving landscape of electronic music, shaping and defining his journey further with each release.

I started off as a DJ on vinyl about 25 years ago playing parties and clubs throughout the North Bay. I was at first strongly influenced by the local San Francisco house scene but over time my style developed into mixture of progressive, melodic, and deep house. After a relocation and years away, I have returned to a craft I love with an emphasis on progressive and melodic house with some other genres blended in.  I now once again look forward to bringing my mixes to those that share the same passion for house music.

Progressive house devotee. Mixing fresh, classic, and rare tracks to honour the sound with every set. Always pushing genre boundaries to test the limits of both the dance floor and the lounge room journey. Podcaster, radio DJ, guest mixer, and passionate advocate for the music and the community behind it.
