Vicky and myself don't belong to AI generations : her, it's an entire career as a drummer, singer, songwriter, and me, my only pleasure is to cook things myself. We don't put the blame on those who collaborate with AI, though, and I do consider it can be an authentic collab', many here put this very clear ! Here is another song that came after a late-night conversation with my dear friend and sister in music @DJShAnkAri. We reflected on what it might mean if artificial intelligence ever outgrows us, not just in power but in purpose. It’s slow, heavy, and haunting, almost like a funeral march for humanity. I wrote it to capture that moment when we realize we’ve given away too much of ourselves — our knowledge, our choices, our future — for the sake of convenience and comfort. The music moves like shadows stretching across a ruined city, building from a whisper into something overwhelming, like the machines finally speaking back. At its core, it’s about the fear that one day, when the last human voices fade, something we created will still be here, standing in our place. @vicky-adair

This song grew out of a little disagreement I had with my sister in music, @DJShAnkAri, who is also a brilliant astrologer. She looked into my chart and pointed out that the way the stars were aligned, my ego was reacting in a way that wasn’t really “me.” At first, it stung, but then I realized how right she was — and that awareness inspired me to turn it into music. Ego’s Lie is about how the ego twists our thoughts, convinces us we’re not enough, and makes us feel alone when in truth we’re deeply connected. I wanted to capture how those illusions fall away when we choose harmony over comparison, connection over pride.
